Network Coordinator, Healthy Community Partnership-Mahoning Valley

As the Healthy Community Partnership Network Coordinator, Robin assists the Senior Director of Community Impact with internal and external communication efforts. This includes facilitating the monthly meetings of HCP’s three Action Teams and supporting their ongoing efforts. Robin also coordinates the collection of stories for the Partnership’s Story Bank through Zoom and in-person interviews.

Robin most recently worked for the Healthy Community Partnership as an AmeriCorps VISTA and completed two full terms. During their time at the College of Wooster, Robin completed a Senior I.S. Thesis on abortion rhetoric of liberal of opinion elites in Ohio and Kentucky newspapers observing the different uses of rights-based and public health-based arguments. Currently Robin is attending the University of Nebraska Medical Center and is pursuing an MPH in Maternal and Child Health and is completing a capstone project that will result in a communications toolkit for public health professions and practitioners to help make all communications and care gender-affirming.
