Like the rest of the world, the Mahoning Valley faced incredible challenges throughout 2020. One thing that has been clear from the beginning and only continued to crystallize—our community never gives up.

Our Grants

The Community Foundation supports public charities that carry out activities to benefit Mahoning and Trumbull Counties. Grants are categorized by their purpose: Education, Health and Human Services, Arts and Culture, Community Well-Being and Other.

We opened 4 new giving funds in 2020, each with a unique goal and philanthropic purpose.
