If you’ve established a fund with us or another community foundation in the past, complete the brief fund application below. Once submitted, a CFMV staff member will contact you to discuss your goals and plans in more detail.
Support Our Initiatives
Any time you make an unrestricted contribution to the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley, we use your donation to address our most urgent initiatives. These gifts have the greatest impact because they give us flexibility to respond to critical community needs as they arise.
Planned Giving
There are many ways to donate, including planned (legacy) giving, donations through private foundations and donor-advised funds. No matter what you choose, the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley will be here to answer questions and provide support throughout your philanthropic journey.
